Detling Choir

There is no regular choir at Detling, however, the “Special Choir”, formerly known as the Music group, was established in 2005.  The “Special Choir” is an enthusiastic group of Church members who meet twice a month for about an hour for an informal practice session to learn new hymns and songs, festival Anthems and Communion Settings. The choir sing at the main festivals and services including Easter, Harvest, Remembrance Sunday and Christmas. New members are always welcome to join the informal group.
Practices are held on the Second and Fourth Thursday of the month in the Church from 6.30pm to 7.30pm.
